High Season Rates are inclusive of Breakfast for 2 persons (for 4 persons in Family Room), and VAT, no service charged.

Maximum 1 adult or 2 children (under 8 years) per one cottage.
- Child age 8 years up will be charged as extra person price (mattress + breakfast).
- Child age 4-7 years old sharing bed with parents (maximum 1 child), the breakfast added 150 Baht.
- Child age under 3 years old sharing bed with parents, no charge for breakfast. In case a baby cot is preferred, 100 Baht/night or 500 Baht maximum for the whole stay will be charged
- Highly recommendation for family with 2 children or more (age over 7 years), let take a family room (ac): 2 bedrooms with connecting door. Or take 2 garden rooms (fan): 2 rooms, no connecting door but next to each other. Both choices will get 1 double bed room and 1 twin bed room.
- Check-in time is 12:00 noon, Check-out time is 10:00 am.
- Transfers to and from the resort are not included in the above rates. Please check transfer rate in "How to get here" page

if not, 10% will be charged to the regular rate.
